Work Process

Discovery and Planning

This phase involves understanding the client's requirements, goals, and target audience. Conducting research on the client's industry, competitors, and market trends. Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Creating a project timeline, budget estimation, and resource allocation. Presenting the proposed strategy and plan to the client for approval.

Execution and Development

Once the plan is approved, the team starts working on designing and developing the digital assets. Designers create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes based on the approved design concepts. Developers code the website, application, or digital platform according to the approved specifications. Content creators produce relevant content such as copy, images, videos, etc., tailored to the target audience. Quality assurance/testing is performed to ensure that everything functions smoothly and meets the required standards. Regular communication and updates with the client to ensure alignment and address any concerns or feedback.

Analysis and Reporting:

After the project is launched or delivered, it's important to conduct a thorough analysis of its performance against the predefined goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Data collected from various analytics tools, user feedback, and other sources are analyzed to assess the effectiveness of the digital assets. Detailed reports are prepared, summarizing the key findings, insights, and recommendations for future improvements or optimizations.

Delivery and Optimization

The finalized digital assets are delivered to the client, either for deployment or launch. Post-launch support and maintenance services may be provided, such as bug fixes, updates, and technical assistance.
